SOAR Certified Leader

Through the immersive and intensive 9-month leadership and career growth curriculum participants will have learned the strategies, gained the skills, and adopted the tools necessary to overcome the obstacles and biases women face in reaching positions of power and influence. In a peer-to-peer learning environment SOAR participants will master key leadership competencies such as creating strategic networks, build inclusive team dynamics for cross-functional success, persuade with impact, influence through visioning, and negotiate successfully for their organizations. Earners of the badge emerge as impactful, confident, inclusive, and connected leaders who are equipped with the tools and mindset needed to activate higher levels of performance that fuel growth for both themselves and their organization.
